Tina was born and raised in Lakeshore, Ontario and specializes in properties located in Lakeshore.

Lakeshore, Ontario is located in Essex County and is 30 minutes from the US border and Highway 401 travels right through Lakeshore going into Windsor and North America's busiest border crossing. The north shore boasts a 300 slip marina, lakefront park and the largest beach on Lake St. Clair. The majority of urban area is concentrated around Country Road 22, providing a direct link to Tecumseh (population 25,000) and Windsor (population 200,000+).

With a population of 37,000 (an increase of 6% from 2011) it is in the top 13 percentile in Canada in size, the 14th safest community in Canada, and is the fastest growing community in the region. It is a wonderful community in which to live, work and play. The area has many fantastic schools to choose from including St. John the Baptist, Belle River Public, St. Williams, St. John the Evangelist, Lakeshore Discovery, Ecole Pavillion Des Jeunes, Ecole Secondaire L'Essor, St. Anne High School, Belle River District High School. Lakeshore has 27 parks and recently developed waterfront parkettes. The new multi-use recreation complex, the Atlas Tube Centre is sure to please families of all ages. It features three ice pads, a gymnasium, library, indoor walking track and Aquatic centre with lazy river, lap pool, recreational pool and therapeutic pool. Golfers can take a swing at one of the six amazing courses, or for a slower pace, hit one of our many hiking and biking trails. Celebrate the region's rich heritage at the John Freeman Walls Historic Site & Underground Railroad Museum, Maidstone Museum and Comber Museum, and visit one of the oldest lighthouses in Ontario, situated in the community of Lighthouse Cove.

Throughout the year, there are many festivals and events, like Canada Day, Sunsplash, Comber Fair and the Belle River Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony.
